Hi, it’s me.

Where Meaningful Moments Become Lasting Memories

Hi, I’m Sammy Grems — a mom, realtor, and soon-to-be play café owner of The Village! My heart is rooted in creating meaningful spaces where people can connect, celebrate, and focus on what truly matters: making memories with the people they love. My love for community is at the center of everything I do and truly the heart of what I stand for — building places and experiences where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected.

Stepping into event coordination felt like a natural extension of both motherhood and my work in real estate, where relationships, thoughtful details, and truly understanding people’s needs are at the center of everything I do. Becoming a mom to my son, Valor, showed me that the most meaningful moments aren’t always the biggest or most elaborate — they’re the ones that feel intentional, welcoming, and easy for everyone to enjoy.

Through my own experiences, I’ve seen just how powerful well-planned gatherings can be in building community and bringing people closer together. Even before starting The Village, I had the privilege of helping plan and support many special events — from wedding setup and tear-down and bartending celebrations to planning baby and bridal showers, health and wellness events, and book club retreats. Each experience taught me what truly matters: creating spaces where hosts can relax and guests can simply be present.

I genuinely love turning ideas into experiences. When I’m not at a showing or in the office, you’ll likely find me testing new coffee recipes, reading a good book, chasing my toddler (he truly only runs), hunting for hidden gems on Facebook Marketplace, or finding new ways to grow both mentally and physically.

My goal as a small events coordinator is simple: to take the stress off your shoulders while creating events that feel seamless, personal, and genuinely memorable — with every detail thoughtfully cared for.
